Lake Shore Village Resort offers year round Rentals, Whole Ownership and Vacation Ownership (Timesharing).

Rentals:
Available year-round. We offer weekly and weekend rentals. We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom cottages.
 

Vacation Ownership (Timesharing):
The Vacation Ownership plan allows you to purchase just one, two or as many weeks as you need in a beautiful vacation spot. This concept is providing long-term financial relief from rising vacation costs. For a one time purchase  price and an annual maintenance fee you own your week(s) for a lifetime. Because you own your vacation you may rent, sell, lent or will it at anytime. In addition, if you choose not to vacation on the shores of Lake Horace, through our vacation exchange program with Resort Condominiums International, you can trade your lakeside vacation for other locations worldwide! ... Our Vacation Ownership program has limited weeks available. We have been "sold out" for a few years. The weeks currently in inventory are due to foreclosures.
